When's the last time you looked at your skin-care regimen? Now is a better time than ever to look into new, alternative products. For example, AHAVA’s new Dead Sea Crystal Osmoter is the perfect addition to your regimen since its firming facial serum adds to your skin's natural glow.

3. Do a Random Act of Kindness

Small acts can mean so much to another person; they can even make someone else's day. Some easy beginner acts might include, buying  person behind you in line a coffee. helping someone put groceries in their car, or writing an encouraging note and placing it in a random library book. You don't need to spend a lot of money to create a positive ripple of kindness that's also good for your spirit.

4. Unplug

Put down your phone and laptop (tone down the blue light excess) for a fixed amount of time every day no matter what. Read, play cards, go for a walk or do something not involving technology. Your eyes, neck, back and brain will thank you.

5. Experiment with New Makeup

Haven't had time to try out the latest nail and eye-color trends? See what a pro can do for you by taking an afternoon to visit your makeup counter and try out their new color combinations. You can always ask for free samples so that you can try them on yourself at home too.

6. Try Learning a New Skill

You don't need to master something new; just enjoy trying it! Contact a local college and see what classes they offer that sound interesting. There's no limit to what you might learn or end up really loving.

7. Switch Home Fragrances

Rejuvenate your senses by changing your home's ambiance. Candles and other wax-based melts can be matched to the season, or your mood.

8. Plant a Garden

Get moving on a garden and reconnect with the earth. Get your hands dirty and your belly full of locally-sourced herbs and veggies.

9. Profess Your Love

We sometimes get so busy in our lives that we may neglect to say those magic words, "I love you." Say it to a friend, family member or your partner. These are words you'll never regret.

10. Do Nothing

Schedule one day this month where you will do nothing other than be at peace with yourself wherever you are. Do as much or as little as you would like, but this day is just for you -- no exceptions. Meditate, read, cook, clean, journal, watch movies, walk in the woods or just sleep. This is your day to recharge.

By spending a little extra time focusing on yourself, surely you can create a healthier, recharged, and focused you! Let these tips help you reclaim your inner and outer glow while accentuating your natural beauty.
